Returns and refund policy

1  All of our products are of very good quality, and all products will be subject to strict quality control before they are released, so the return rate is very low. If you order products on this website, if you find the following circumstances after receiving the goods, you can return or exchange them within 7 days from the date of receipt:

  1. The product is found to be damaged upon receipt of the goods;
  2. It is found that it is not the product you ordered on the website;

Where the above circumstances occur, we will be happy to refund the corresponding payment and bear the shipping fee incurred due to the return and exchange.

 

2  If the original packaging of the product or the product itself has been used, has not been kept in good condition, has been damaged, is not the same as when received, is artificially damaged or incomplete by the customer, or is lost by the customer, it cannot be returned or replaced.

 

3  We do not accept requests for change of mind and returns, except that the goods are found to be damaged upon receipt.

 

4  If you order products on this website and the package is returned by the courier company due to unknown delivery address, post office box, hotel address, no one picks up the package during delivery, or the recipient refuses to accept the package, etc., we will deduct the original shipping fee, transaction fee and 15% of the total product amount from the refund, and the remainder will be returned according to the refund process. We can reship the returned bag for you, but you will need to pay for the reshipment fee

 

5 Return process: If the customer requests a return, the customer must show the proof of purchase, and our customer service may require the customer to provide photos and/or videos to prove that the refund is eligible. If the return conditions are met, the customer can return the product and get a refund, and we will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the item arrives at the warehouse, the item inspection process may take about 7 working days. After we accept the return application and complete the product quality assessment, the refund arrangement will take about 1 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt to complete.

 

6  If you find out of stock or missing or damaged goods after receiving the goods, you must contact customer service immediately on the day of receipt.
